  1. Yeah, when I’m watching a video about synthesizers, the first thing I want to know is, what is the dude’s favorite beer?

    1. Yeah, when he’s having a beer and making a video, the last thing he probably gives two f**cks about is what some random dude on the internet is going to think!

  2. right, when we’re having a beer and reading comments on Synthtopia, the last thing we probably gives various f**cks about, is what some random dude on the internet is replying to, what another random dude on the internet is going to think about some third dude’s choice of beer…….although I have to say, that for me, the Grimbergen Double-Ambree has changed my approach to modular synthesis…cheers

  3. Its very important to match the beer with the terroir of the modlules.
Thus, Aventinus Doppelbock Hefeweizen goes well with Doepfer modules.
By the way, Asheville NC (Moog HQ) has more breweries per capita than anywhere.
    Coincidence? I think not.
    This review is the future!

  4. Hi,I’m from Belgium. The beer this dude is drinking is the female version of the brand. The men here in Belgium are drinking the Grimbergen Tripel. It’s a blond coloured beer with 9%.The double that this dude is drinking has less % and only woman drink this beer here in Belgium.I’ve been in the abbey where they make this and they say that only the nuns drinking the double. There ‘s also a limit on the amount of tripel that may be consumed by the fathers because there’s a history of riots and violence after consuming the tripel beer.In the abbey itself the beer is named The Wifebeater or the nunmolester.
