Polyphony In VCV Rack 1.0

In his latest video, synthesist Omri Cohen takes a look at polyphony in VCV Rack 1.0 – the free, open source multi-platform modular synthesizer.

Video Summary:

“A few days ago, VCV Rack 1.0 was released, and with it, a few new features were added.

One of the biggest features that were introduced is Polyphonic Cables, that allows us to send up to 16 different signals through only one cable and create polyphony, among other things. Polyphony in VCV Rack opens many doors to many different sonic adventures.

In this video, I show a few ways of how to use Polyphonic Cables starting with a short introduction, then with using a Midi keyboard and creating your own arpeggiators, and then I showcase a few more ways of using Polyphonic cables and the different polyphonic modules.”
