This is a cover of Jean Michel Jarre’s Chronologie 6, via syntesen:
I decided to do a quick cover version of Jarre’s Chronologie pt. 6 to test out my new studio routing, deciding to make everything with my hardware synthesizers (the used ones are the Nord Lead 2X, Blofeld, D-50 and MoPho)
.It’s quite close to the original, but has a slightly more modern sound, which i think fits it nicely.

This is a visual tour and demo of Xoxos Hyperion, an algorithmic sequencing VST.
Hyperion MIDI VST has a semi-modular structure suitable for a wide variety of tuned algorithmic applications. LFOs and counters are used to easily create dynamic MIDI sequences and change them on the fly, or to modulate other components of the architecture.
Hyperion produces glissandos or subtly varying sequences for up to three parts on three separate MIDI channels using a simple chord function. It can also be used as a phrase arpeggiator to make sure that you never play out of key or out of sequence.
Hyperion is available for $25. The demo is limited to bpm settings.

Nodal, a generative music application, has been updated to run on both Mac and Windows.
The video above features a live performance of music created using Nodal 1.1 by Peter Mcilwain.
Nodal uses a novel method for the notation and playing of MIDI based music. This method is based around the concept of a user-defined graph. The graph consists of nodes (musical events) and edges (connections between events). You interactively define the graph, which is then traversed by any number of players who play the musical events as they encounter them on the graph. The time taken to travel from one node to another is based on the length of the edges that connect the nodes.
Version 1.1 beta version of Nodal is now available for download. It’s free, but future versions will require a registration fee. Details below.
