Formed in 1993, The Crystal Method started out in native Las Vegas (and some forgettable four-track stabs at vocal jazz music), but found their home in the early-’90s L.A. rave scene.

Brain Surgery Delays Next Crystal Method Album, Tour

The Crystal Method has announced that their next studio album will be indefinitely delayed because of Scott Kirkland‘s brain surgery.

Per doctor’s orders following recent brain surgery, Scott Kirkland will remain under home medical treatment. As a result, the release of the bands upcoming studio album has been delayed and their summer tour dates have been postponed or cancelled.

The Chemical Brothers’ Soundtrack To ‘Hanna’ Coming March 14th

The Chemical Brothers' Hanna soundtrack coming March 14thThe Chemical Brothers have announced that their soundtrack for director Joe Wright’s adventure thriller Hanna will be released through iTunes on March 14/15th globally, in advance of the film’s April 8th theatrical release.

The film stars Saoirse Ronan, Eric Bana, and Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett.

The Chemical Brothers’ soundtrack features 20 tracks that reflect the experiences of Hanna (played by Ronan) as she is pursued across Europe.
