Musikmesse Synth Porn

Musikmesse 2009: Moogulator has published a nice series of synth photos at Sequencer.de.
This is a basic ratcheting demo, featuring M564, Q119 and MOTM-730 modules.
Sequencer ratcheting was used prominently in early Tangerine Dream and other synth music.

This is an example of sequencer ‘ratching’ . . . at least from what I understand it to be. Even though you can’t see it in the video, the Synth Tech MOTM-730 plays a critical role role in the patch, along with the Moon Modular M564 Sequntial Switch and the Synthesizers.com Q119 sequencer which are shown.

This video features a massive Club Of The Knobs analog modular synthesizer, creating the soundtrack for a multimedia performance.
via rustyanalog:
Eight general human emotions were performed (love, disgust, humor, fear, destruction, pathos, heroic, wondrous).
We appreciate the concept very much – but the sound which was created – just incredible!
If you’ve got any more information on this performance, please leave a comment!
This is a demo video of the Club of the Knobs (COTK) C1680 Voltage Controlled Analog Delay.
COTK makes Moog-style modular synthesizer components.
via JohnLRice:
This is just a shorter version of the original COTK C1680 Demo I made. The original was 9 minutes and 40 seconds long but this one is only 6 minues long. It was created at a higher quality setting which resulted in a file that is 4 times the size of the original (even though it’s much shorter!) Hopefully the quality will show up and be worth the increased data steaming overhead. I also edited the on screen information a bit.
This is a quick functional demo of the new Club Of The Knobs C1680 Voltage Controlled Analog Delay.
Club of the Knobs makes modular synthesizers in the style of classic Moog modular systems.
