Wiimote Hacked Instrument
via eyesuck17:
My first stab at making the Wiimote into an instrument.
Made using Glovepie, PureData, and FM8.Roll controls pitch within a C lydian scale, pitch controls a morph, and 2 simple sequences at 120 BPM are controlled Via the buttons.
It’s all Legend starting tom cruise up in here.
If there’s anybody that you don’t want driving up and down your street at night, it’s probably EXOcontralto.
This video documents how he hooked up a cheap Casio synth to his 2000 watt automotive sound system so he could rock his ‘92 Dodge Caravan like no other, with massive “Loud Ass Bass.”

Telematic Drum Circle
Kyle McDonald captured this video of a hack of Byeong Sam Jeon’s telematic drum circle:
I got a little bored with re-aligning switches for the pneumatics and resetting various modules, so I dug through Byeong Sam’s code. Since it was just 16 serial ports, each at 9600 baud receiving characters ‘1′ through ‘9′ for velocity, I wrote a Processing app to translate MIDI notes to control the drums.
So now I can control them with my Trigger Finger, or using sequenced rhythms in Live.
