Audio Ease has released impulse responses of the home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic: Walt Disney Concert hall.

The modern hall opened on October 23, 2003, and while the architecture evoked mixed opinions, the acoustics of the concert hall were widely praised in contrast to its predecessor, the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. This IR release is as complete as always with many microphone set-ups in stereo and surround, interactive surround VR photography and Google Earth Placemarks.

On the LA trip another valuable recording was made, to be released soon: the famous 20th Century Fox Film Scoring Stage. Audo Ease is currently processing recordings made in the halls and churches of Stockholm and Oslo and the spectacular Trakai Castle in Vilnius Lithuania.

Altiverb is the first convolution reverb as a real-time plug-in. A 19-minute demo movie (MP4) is also available.

Audio Ease has released a set of jumbo jet interior acoustics for Altiverb, the convolution reverb of Audio Ease.

Aviodrome Museum in Lelystad, NL made available their Boeing 747 to Audio Ease for one recording afternoon. Between 1978 and 2003 this airplane was known as 747-206B(M)(SUD) PH-BUK, and it was in the air 17 hours a day on average.

This release fits into Audio Ease’s recent focus on the expansion of its Audio Post Production library. Recent post pro additions include the acoustics of 20 European car interiors, the limestone Caverns of Howe NY, Antwerp sports stadium, and a set of samples recorded through walls, floors and closed doors of a house.
