Articles about Mindprint:

MindPrint Trio USBThe MindPrint TRIO USB expands the scope of the TRIO recording and monitoring solution introduced at Winter NAMM. It offers the same channel strip with true analog EQ and Compressor, essential mixing, AUX & DAW inputs and comprehensive monitoring features as found on the original TRIO, but adds USB audio instead of the S/PDIF interface.

“With TRIO USB, the customer now has a choice between TRIO with S/PDIF as a great complement to an existing setup or Apple G5 – and the new TRIO USB as a complete all-in-one computer recording solution”, comments MindPrint’s Product Manager Rudiger Forse. “Now all key aspects of recording, analog sound processing, monitoring, mixing and audio interfacing are available in a single, quality desktop unit no larger than a laptop’s footprint!” Read more…

      something to think about

When Mozart was composing at the end of the eighteenth century, the city of Vienna was so quiet that fire alarms could be given verbally, by a shouting watchman mounted on top of St. Stefan’s Cathedral. In twentieth-century society, the noise level is such that it keeps knocking our bodies out of tune and out of their natural rhythms. This ever-increasing assault of sound upon our ears, minds, and bodies adds to the stress load of civilized beings trying to live in a highly complex environment. — Stephen Halpern
