Native Instruments Traktor Scratch Now In Stores

Native Instruments has released Traktor Scratch 1.1, a free update for its new high-performance digital DJ system. The update includes additional functionality and a wide range of further refinements to various areas of the software, resulting in increased creative potential and optimized handling of the system.

The versatile performance effects section in Traktor Scratch now provides both insert and send modes, while the filter selection includes an additional model with several filter modes. Managing music collections is more efficient due to an optimized track database with increased performance and new playlist features.

Traktor Scratch 1.1 also brings several new and exclusive Beatport features, support for the upcoming 7″ control records, a software-based input throughput function, and a wide range of performance optimizations and fixes.

 

Native Instruments Traktor DJ StudioNative Instruments has announced that a demo version of Traktor DJ Studio 3 is now available.

The new version features four playback decks, a suite of performance effects, an analog-modeled mixer section, a customizable user interface and more. TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3 also allows DJs to browse and purchase the latest club music releases from within the software by giving access to the full catalog of Beatport, the leading online store for club music.

Four full-featured playback decks

TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3 takes a significant step beyond the limits of conventional DJ setups by offering two additional playback decks, opening up a whole new world of creative possibilities. DJs can now mix up to four tracks simultaneously, or integrate additional loops and samples. Each of the four decks in TRAKTOR DJ Studio 3 is fully equipped with zoomable waveform displays, comprehensive cueing and looping functionality, and TRAKTOR’s time stretching technology.
