Syntrax runs on Symbian phones as well as the PocketPC. Though mobile phones have limited resources, Syntrax is designed to deliver the features the modern musician expects from a mobile pocket studio. The core of Syntrax is acompact sound engine which delivers sound synthesis and sample playback. Syntrax enables the musician who is away from his/her studio to be able to experiment with sounds, and doodle musical inspirations any time, anywhere. Features:
Syntrax has been tested on: Sony Ericsson p800, p900 and p910i, the Motorola A925 UMTS phone and all PocketPC brands. A Symbian Series 60 version (Nokia 7650,6600,6620,7610,N-Gage and Siemens SX1) is in the making and will follow shortly. Syntrax costs $20. A demo version is available.
