Here's how you can share your YouTube videos in the forum.

Find the URL of your video on Youtube. The URL should look something like this:

To embed the YouTube video when you are writing a post, click the Youtube button and pasted in your URL. It should look something like this:

When you preview your post, your video should look something like this:

I'm no longer making videos as it was too time-consuming, but here's a couple of my older ones I did for 2 of the shorter tracks from my Alien Genome Project album. All the footage was filmed on a Flip Ultra HD Camera then edited in Sony Vegas.

I really like the videos. It's rare to see an ambient/abstract video that actually is as evocative as the music.

The way you work with the limitations of the Flip Cam is very nice, too, especially on the Source of Light video.

Yeah the Flip camera was quite limited, the poor zoom capability was a major problem and I was hugely disappointed with the mic on it when i got it also. They were the last 2 videos I did before I decided to step back from it, as even those short videos at just over a minute and a half for the first one and 2 minutes for the 2nd one took quite a while to make from start to finish. I felt that I couldn't really compete with professionals both from a visual quality and content quality standpoint and that the effort required just to put them out at the standard i was working at was too much for me. so I decided just to concentrate on my music again

I'm glad you liked them and that I was able to link them in here, they generally don't get many views!

Here's one I did for fellow Herb artist Kingbastard a few years ago. I didn't film any of this, I made the video with Kingbastard's own artwork and some machina animation a company from Edinburgh called "Strange Company" produced. I heavily-edited their footage also. I used their footage with their permission and you can find a link to their site in the video titles if you're interested in seeing anymore of their stuff.

The most incredible music I have ever heard is from an old game from 1988...



The game is called Dynamix, and was released on the Commodore 64 by Mastertronic. I seriously recommend that you turn up the volume and clear the floor, because this music makes you dance. I don't know how else to describe it, other than perfect.
