This Is Synthpop

Hello everybody,

MikeTV is a collection of Youtube playlists with VJ links. (think early MTV where the songs were often introduced by presenters)
I have uploaded a number of playlists, most recently the latest additions being ‘This is Synthpop’ – a nostalgic look at the rise of the synthesiser in chart music comprising parts 1 to 9 from the 1970’s right up to 2010. I am at present at playlist number two looking at the year 1980 - some 32 years ago. However many of the songs featured will stir memories for many of those in their teens at the time or younger converts to electronica.
The idea was basically to take what I had been doing on radio for the last 30 years and migrate it to Youtube embracing the new technology the platform offers. My big dream is to perhaps one day break into television. (One can still dream at 44!)

I am not really sure if I am allowed to promote my own music here, but I am gonna make a plug...since the people here seem to really dig synth heavy tunes. I make very unique music that is a combination of synthpop, modern underground dance music, rock and industrial. I would love to hear some opinions.
