New at this

Hello,
im new at this, i mean synthesisers etc.
I would like to ask for some advice.
What i mean is correct me if im wrong:
Sampler is a kind of device that let me to load there midi sounds/effects so i can play these sounds by synthesiser, right?
I wonder if u can tell me which synthesisers got built-in sampler, coz i want to have it instead of buying just an controller+other hardware to put there sounds.
