(spam Minimal Wave) Go Ped 9 - 'The Sleeper'

Hi,

I'm not quite sure what genre this is - we didn't have one in mind when recording it. It kind of fits the 'Minimal Wave' tag that is used retrospectively for some obscure, eclectic recordings from the 80s - hence 'spam Minimal Wave'.
