  1. Such a pity…
It would have so much interesting to upgrade to the current version of Virus TI, and possibly adapt the Nord Modular 2, both of them using the same DSP…

Using powercore and audio interfaces, I really liked this company for their computer/music integration, but it seems to be a closed case now. I'm clearly disapointed and will move to other brands…

  2. Giving customers the shaft ! Never buy DSP cards that get shutdown and support dropped, these are expensive things and buying real gear is better.

  3. God that is weird… just a couple hours ago I was first introduced to the TC PowerCore. What exactly is the point of these? They just run custom plugs? I've got a beefy rig and DSP out the ass already with Reaktor. Can I run Reaktor on one of these? Otherwise using an old PC as an effects farm looks a lot cheaper and I can run and write my own DSP.

  4. This is just the first step
TC appears to be just another hardware vendor starting to run out of business… step by step…
Next year, they will annouce end of audio interfaces, as all the market will become fully digital
The following year, they will stop their 19" business, as one core of multicore CPUs will become more powerfull than their 42U racks engines….
Please, help them to speed up their long agon; they are deeply suffering !
