  1. Sounds great, but the controls haven’t really been optimized for the Mac. Everything is the same as the iOS version, which just isn’t very rewarding or intuitive without a touch screen. A lot of cool sounds though. Will still use it to make some jams.

    1. I wonder how it does with Mountain Lion with a Magic Trackpad. Well, perhaps I should just download and find out I guess.

  2. NS was always (since 2010) available for free for both Mac and PC’s – via direct download from Blip’s website…
Not quite sure what all the fuss is about…

    1. That version was just direct port from IOS – it seems that this new version is optimized for larger screen on computers, etc.

  3. Great for people to be able to try this out. It is a fantastic app for composing electronica on the move and the sole reason I’m switching to an iPhone!

  4. Just bought my first macbook, and am looking for synth/sequencer programs to play around with that won’t break the bank.

I use Caustic for Android on my smartphone, and hope to find something similar.

Just starting to investigate this nanostudio.

    Any tips or suggestions?
