  1. Unless this is a really sublime sounding USB mic, that’s a pretty hefty price tag for a market pretty much dominated by Blue’s cheaper, great sounding, multi-polar-pattern Yeti.

    1. It is a large-diaphragm condenser mic, prices start around £150, and go up to £3000 for a good one – it is on the money for a budget large-diaphragm condenser – disregarding the USB part. But I think all these USB mics should have the USB dis-mountable and replaceable with at XLR, to turn it into something more adaptable.

    2. Not only is this a truly compact microphone that does sound sublime (you can hear audio comparisons to others on our web site http://www.irigmicstudio.com ) but it is not just USB but also has native Lightning connectivity, also includes Micro-USB OTG cable, and you can get 30-pin compatibility too. It is hands-down the most cost-effective large diaphragm microphone with native IOS connectivity. And when it comes to domination, we’re familiar with that with native iOS accessories, having been at the forefront of accessories that support direct iOS connectivity since the beginning.
