  1. As usual, they have gone way overboard on the compression, which makes everything sound unnatural.
The soundcloud demo’s sound too robotic.
The kick drum has absolutely no beef to it, due to that lame old D112.
That combined with Sabian cymbals and Mapex drums, makes it a very uninteresting product, especially at that price.

    1. stop bitching! demo sounds great, compared to other demos of “professionally recorded” hundred gigabyte drum libraries sounding like cheap MIDI drums.

  2. Toms sound great but it is a lot of money for only one sound. That kick and snare would get pretty annoying after a while.

  3. Musically, it sounds great. But I agree that the demo is seriously loud and over compressed. I wonder if anyone knows if the compression comes from the instrument software itself, or if it was done in the downmix.

  4. This is just one of the kits, willing to bet there are uncompressed kits too. I will agree that $150 is obnoxious for what it is. Also….it’s Sonivox
