This video demonstrates the EMW Distance Recorder – a Eurorack module that can record, and play back as a loop, gestures that you make with your hand.

The EMW Distance Recorder can also operate in Free Mode, where it continuously generates CV as a function of the distance of your hand to the sensor.

The Distance Recorder has adjustable speed modulation, speed range selection and Sync IN and OUT in loop mode.

The The EMW Distance Recorder  is priced at US $177. See the EMW site for details.

  1. Roland’s D-Beam department must be in 7th heaven seeing this video. Champagne out and happy faces as they plan the next AIRA module and a nasty cease and desist lawsuit.
