Scottish synth designer Ken MacBeth shared these images that offer a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of a new synthesizer, the MacBeth Studio Systems M7-D.
Look closely and you can see that this is a cardboard panel, which MacBeth uses to visualize his design and test its usability.
Here’s the upper section of what I’m working on- I call it M7-D.
In fact- try to imagine 4 rows of slider parameters and you are getting there!…..more to follow!……..
This is at a very experimental stage, but it’s up, running!- this by the way- a card fronted prototype…..let’s me visualise things !
The M7-D will feature a new filter design, a Trans Diode Filter.
The MacBeth M7-D is still in the prototype stage, so details are to come.
