Spectrasonics Announces Omnisphere 2.6


Today at The 2019 NAMM Show, Spectrasonics introduced a major update of their flagship software synthesizer, Omnisphere.

Omnisphere version 2.6 adds an enhanced arpeggiator and dramatically expanded hardware synth integration, with support for over sixty hardware synthesizers. The update adds new profiles for such iconic synths as the Roland Juno-106, Alesis Andromeda and the Roland D-50, to the very latest synths like the Korg Minilogue XD and Moog One – as well as dozens of other user-requested models.

The free update will also include hundreds of new patches for all registered Omnisphere 2 users when it becomes available in March 2019.

  1. Omnishpere 2 was one of the last VSTs I purchased. Mostly because of the price. After buying this, I really wish I had not waited so long. It is amazing. The quality of the sounds is top notch and easy to use. A must have for anyone serious about their music.
