  1. Not exactly a hands on demo!
It’s impossible to evaluate this based on a description and feature set that is common with so many other products… come on guys, let’s see what this thing can really do!

  2. They focus on the fact that it can really grind. I think it sounds great but for the price I’d like to hear what more it can do sound-wise. Otherwise it’s a one-trick pony which I don’t believe is the case.

  3. This company needs to stop showcasing the synth with distortion on every sound like it’s the most advanced new feature of any synth that’s ever come out. It sounds like it probably has some interesting character if you could just here are some clean sounds

    1. I tried it out at NAMM and it sounded like that, no matter what I tried.

I think it was an early prototype, because several controls felt like they weren’t really changing the sound.

  4. This is at the same price point as the Arturia Microfreak and the Behringer MS-101 which is bad news for Dubrecq because it is by far the least interesting of the three. I like how it sounds but that’s kind of like saying I like a bicycle with two wheels.

    1. The competition is great, but it puts the responsibility on these guys to get this synth right and make some good demo videos for it.
