Synthesis Technology E520 Hyperion Next Generation Eurorack Effects Processor Hands-On Demo

In his latest video, Ben ‘DivKid’ Wilson takes a look at the prototype for the new Synthesis Technology E520 Hyperion Stereo Effects Processor.

The Hyperion, currently under development via a Kickstarter project, is designed to go far beyond common Eurorack effects processors, which are generally based on the Spin FV-1 chip. The Hyperion will have more than 500 times the memory of a Spin FV-1 and be capable of sampling in stereo for over 20 minutes, running up to 32 audio effects and up to 24bit/48KHz sampling.
