Akai Pro Fire Controller Now Available Unbundled

Akai Pro has announced that Fire for FL Studio is now available with no FL Studio license, for existing owners of FL Studio.

    1. Yep – good pal of mine absolutely loves his and keeps noting that more than one can be chained together. I won’t be surprised when he’s got more than one runnin’.

      1. For this product, the buttons and knobs send MIDI messages, and uses MIDI to light the lights and write to the display. I saw the specific messages documented somewhere…

  1. Akai Pro Fire has been available for $99 by itself directly from Image-Line this whole time. All that has changed is that Akai is selling it directly that way now (through retailers, that is.)
