Cherry Audio has introduced Polymode Synthesizer, a new software synth, inspired by the Moog Polymoog synthesizer.

with the bandpass “resonators” getting vowels shouldn’t be a problem.
have a listen to Yes…Wonderous Stories… Wakeman did wonders with the Polymoog.
I’m drawn to this a little, because the original had a fascinating sound. It was a fussy instrument, but it was still a Moog, plus part of that Solina aroma. Its Cherry Audio and $29, two good pluses. I don’t pile up dozens of synths on a whim, but this one sure seems like a good answer to almost anyone’s vintage string synth dreams.

Anybody compared this to XILS Lab PolyM?
IMO PolyM has a more analog/vintage character when comparing factory presets but Polymode sounds more suitable to mixing in a modern environment.
