  1. Another amazing performance by Lisa. What I would have given to be one of a dozen kids sitting in a performance like that back when I was studying music in college.

  2. snores ville! sure, she’s really good at what she does but come on, it’s like watching a led zep cover band, not exactly news. yep the 70s are back and in reviving then we’re killing the future.

i remember doing shows like this in high school in 78-79.

  3. Outstanding real-time sound design and virtuosic keyboarding using some of the best products on the market today, such as the Moog One and Novation Peak. Could listen to this on loop.

  4. I’m one of the professors that invited Lisa to WCU. I can tell you that she deeply inspired our students and gave them an experience they’ll carry forward for the rest of their lives. Many of them still ask if she’s going to come back. Faculty colleagues of mine were so moved by this performance that they purchased synthesizers of their own.

Personally, I find her keyboard dexterity and command over real-time sound design to be astonishing. What a gifted person and all-around wonderful human being.

    1. Thank you for posting. An inspiring performance by an amazing artist and musician. I love that there is not a laptop to be found anywhere.

    2. And those synthesizers that were supposedly purchased will gather dust in the corner as memories of her performance fade away. So, so sad.

    3. Absolutely. She’s a damn good musician, in addition to having a complete mastery of synthesis. This is not all she does, either. She’s a killer jazz player.
