Developer Jari Komppa lets us know that he’s released Sassy, a new software modular synthesizer for Windows, as a beta release.

“I’ve been working on an approach on virtual modular synthesis, namely a spreadsheet,” notes Komppa. He describes the application as an ‘audio spreadsheet’.
