  1. So people should be forced to stay home because the vaccinated are worried their vaccines don’t protect them. Sounds completely logical.

    1. Did we read the same post? This gives clear directions on how people can attend the event. It says nothing about people being forced to stay home. Vaccinated people are not worried their vaccines don’t protect them. It is proven that they do. However, since not enough people took the vaccine to eradicate COVID-19, we have a new Delta strain which vaccinated people still can get. And they can still get pretty sick from it. They just don’t die like the unvaccinated people do.

      1. Yep. Clear rules. Everyone is welcome. But there are boundaries. Logical and objective. No wonder not everyone likes this!

        1. bs. 4 out of 10 are false negative with the antigen rapid test. pcr testing should be mandatory, but that would be costily and time consuming. no, it´ll be superspreaderbooth 21 thanks to the delta variant. andreas schneider is a gambler. he should postpone. remeber the dutch electronic music festival which was outdoors?

      2. I think you need to do a little more research into the origins of the Delta strain, other than that I agree with your post.

Oh, it might also be worth your while finding out for yourself what reduction the vaccines offer against those vaccinated but infected spreading the Delta variant.

    2. Germany won’t let you enter the country without a negative test and proof of full vaccination, so this shouldn’t pose any challenges for people travelling from outside the country.

And the Covid negative requirement for entry ensures that large groups of unvaccinated synthesists don’t accidentally infect each other by touching greasy knobs.

      1. I only do so I don’t have to pay for a ticket….else I would never use them….but to be fair I don’t mind if I die.

    1. Serious question, can you explain how this is against international law?

Is this really different from no shoes, no shirt, no service? Or drive-thru’s only serving pedestrians instead of cars?

Is there something I’m missing that makes this against international law?

      1. section 1 of the nuremburg code states:

        the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;
should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without
the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,
or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient
knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved
as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This
latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision
by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature,
duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is
        to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected;
and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his
        participation in the experiment.

you can all feel free to interpret that how you want, but that is the international law being referenced.

        1. The Nürnberger Kodex you are citing is an ethics code that regulates human experimentation. It does not apply to synthesizer expos.

          1. in my home country of USA, vaccine is not FDA approved, thereby making it human experimentation. mandating it as a condition of employment or as a condition of entry to a social gathering is absolutely intervention of force, coercion, constraint, duress, etc. i mean, the language is pretty clear “WITHOUT ANY,” meaning none at all whatsoever, not even a little nudge in the right direction such as mandating to go to a bar or event.

it’s ok though, the vaccinated will be returning to this to discuss the precise duration and nature of the experiment when they are on their 7th or 10th mandatory booster. we will only rib you a little with the i told you so dance, then welcome you with open arms.

            1. Experimental approval simply means that the treatment has been accepted for use before long term clinical trials are complete because of a serious health emergency. By not taking the vaccine, you are participating in the experiment as part of the control group.

FYI, real world results show that vaccination works really well and the unvaccinated population is at high risk.

            2. If it’s true, that according to the data, the 95%+ of people that are dying from the Delta variant of Covid aren’t vaccinated, those who are waiting to say “I told you so” might not have the chance to welcome anyone with open arms, or “rib them a little.”

I was hesitant too, and not very excited to get the shot (Pfizer), but after having Covid, knowing firsthand the dangers it posed to someone young and of good health, I decided to heed the advice and data of the CDC, but more importantly to me, the plethora of medical professionals, who spoke out on the efficacy of the vaccines, and the importance of getting vaccinated. Maybe those thousands (tens of thousands? more?) medical professionals are wrong. Maybe their years of medical training, experience, and firsthand experience in dealing the millions of people suffering from the effects of Covid is no match for that one post by that one dude you saw on Twitter who said that Covid is fake, and definitely a right/left/centrist wing conspiracy.

If indeed the day comes where you are able to say “I told you so” to someone, whether it be that down the road all those who have been vaccinated grow a third arm, perish from Covid anyway, or contract something as of now unthinkable due to the vaccinations, only a truly hateful, spiteful, and small person will want to utter that phrase anyway. Is that you?

            3. okay joe rogan go slobber up your microphone some more. nuremburg code seriously. i’m i guess glad its so easy these days to tell between sensible people and frothing wingnts. how did so many people fail the acid test so badly?

        2. Then am I understanding that you’re considering requirement of the vaccination to participate in a superbooth 2021 an ulterior form of coercion?

I don’t see where the nuremburg code is being violated by the the superbooth organizers requirement proof of vaccination or negative test before attending, it feels like there’s a plethora of free power of choice here.

Is there something else I’m missing?

  2. Hmmm….I’m kind of surprised they haven’t canceled, but as long as the European hot spots are on the downside of a bell curve, hopefully the situation will have improved enough before mid September. As for folks who see the protection measures as oppression instead of logical caution, well, if they don’t come, it should go even better.

  3. This is a tricky one, because if they had to cancel, and vaccinated people can’t attend events like this, what hope do we have for the near future? What is going to happen that would make anything any safer?

That said I really hope no-one is obliged to go by their employer and then gets really sick.

  4. superbooth should not be held this year imo. rapid antigen tests are less accurate than the gold standard polymerase chain reaction (pcr) test. but antigen tests are cheaper and faster to run, so therefore schneider has decided not to make pcr testing mandatory. experts say the rise in rapid testing give people a false sense of security. i agree. i won´t go to berlin.
