In his latest video, synthesist Dave Mech shares his first impressions of the new Erica Synths Perkons HD-01 Drum Machine and then shares some extended examples of it in action.

“Here’s my first video with the brand new Erica Synths Perkons,” notes Mech. “Have been waiting almost two years for this to be released. Received it last week, so haven’t had much time with it yet, but I wanted to share some sound demos with you.”

The drum machine features four sonically versatile hybrid voices (digital sound engine + analog multimode filter with overdrive) and a sequencer with simultaneous control over all four percussion tracks.
