  1. Why is this called Grainbender?

    Is there any element of granular synthesis? To me this looks like a subtractive synth. The name is kind of misleading.

  2. There seems to be no standards of interfacing and file exchanges with iPad music apps. The traditional standards seem to be ignored. Maybe this is growing pains for apps and the iPad . Hopefully over time, the programers for these apps will implement the standards. Meanwhile, I won’t purchase an app that doesn’t support MIDI.
