Elektron MonoMachine owners will want to check out new a custom firmware for all versions of the device that adds Trig Conditions, bug fixes and more.
Here’s a summary of key changes:
- Added TRIG CONDITIONS + new menu options & shortcuts for copy/paste/clear
- Added per-track LOOP LENGTH and SPEED settings + new menu options & shortcuts for copy/paste/clear
- Added new SPEED options (1/2x, 1/4x, 1/8x)
- Added WRAP AFTER and CHAIN AFTER settings
- Added GLOBAL > SEQ > PATTERN SETUP
- Added quick kit reload shortcut: FUNC + TEMPO
- Added ‘CTL AL’ esque feature where you can control a parameter across all tracks relatively, with FUNC + A-H

This is absolutely crazy! It’s amazing that someone is dedicating so much of their free time to adding new features to MnM! I’ve wanted to buy it for a long time, but the lack of modern features held me back. I think it’s time to pull the trigger!
Does it work? Has anyone tried it?
I havent tried this yet… but I have a Monomachine I haven’t used in years and I think this is a perfect reason to dust it off and give it another go
