    1. They just need support for melodic samples, converting samples to wavetables, Gadget compatibility, and it will be considered a 5 star app.

    1. Yup, I have quite a few of their synths from the pre-gadget era and they are never used now. I removed them from my iPad because no Au support. Korg will never bring Au to any of their iOS synths.

  1. Korg does a pretty good. job with their iPad stuff… Im glad for this new take on the Electribe…The Gorillaz Electribe is super fun and I wish others would do their own Electribes… Playing with that stuff is a good learning experience… I wish it did have AU support though.

    1. Synthtopia did a nice story on this a few years ago.
I realize that usually it’s fairly clear that it’s really software, but in this case many electribes are hardware so I did fall for it initially.

  2. There’s no real reason for this to be AU. Standalone instruments and fx definitely. But an all-in-one like this? What’s the advantage?

    1. If you work prof. with ios AUV is the way to go. Little example I want to use the Bam Bros rosetta midi suite with this plugins inside AUM or Cubase… Or maybe you like to save your projects like in a real daw with plugin states etc… How you do that with this? Maybe you dont know the advantages from AUV…
