Synthesis Technology’s Paul Schreiber has announced a free update for the company’s E370 Quad Morphing VCO.

Here’s what’s new in the E370 Quad Morphing VCO firmware v1.3:

• Added ‘Detuning’ Mode, where the PARM CVs can be assigned as FM inputs. This allows both Detuning and modulation.
• Faster load/save of presets: simpler UI with less scrolling/clicking
• Replaced the 4th Chord Table ROM (factory preset) to have the 3 detuning tables of the E352 V1.3 firmware, and modified the 4th row as the DX-100 FM ratio table
