Michael Lehmann Boddicker Interview On SynthPlex & More

The latest episode of the Art + Music + Technology podcast features an interview with composer and synthesist Michael Lehmann Boddicker.

Boddicker is best known for his iconic synth performances on recordings like Michael Jackson’s Thriller & Off The Wall; Earth, Wind & Fire’s Let’s Groove; Dazz Band’s Let It Whip; and Kenny Logging’s Footloose.

Boddicker has also had an active career in the world of film, performing on dozens of scores and composing the soundtracks to films like The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension and The Adventures of Milo and Otis.

His latest project, with partner Michael Learmouth, is launching SynthPlex – a new synthesizer event, being held in the Los Angeles area March 28-31.
