Numerical Audio has introduced Octachron, an 8-track MIDI drum sequencer for iOS that offers rich modulation and sequencing capabilities.
Octachron works standalone, or as an AUv3 Audio Unit in your iOS DAW, and offers advanced features like parameter locks, trigger probability, ratcheting and more.

Excellent tool. So easy to get going with this. Offers just the right balance between design and functionality for me.

Does it offer anything beyond the “non-advanced” step rates?
I’m getting some great stuff out of it. I like it’s direct approach without getting bogged down in “features” I’ll never use.
