Pitch Innovations has introduced Fluid Chords, a MIDI-FX plugin for Mac & Windows that lets you polyphonically bend from any chord to any chord.
“Why do the notes in our piano roll have to be so straight?
Why are we still using tools that were cutting-edge decades ago?
Why can’t we bend fluidly between many chords?
Our vision always starts with a simple ‘Why?’”
With Fluid Chords, you can create unique pitch FX, bend from a single note to a whole chord and more.

Kinda neat! I can do things a bit like this with my ROLI, but I can see how this plugin could make life a lot easier.
Their Fluid Pitch plugin gives you the ability to have “intelligent” pitch bending (notes bend by a set number of scale degrees, but stay within the scale– Z3ta+ has this). You can use this with many soft synths.
Fluid Chords is like an “intelligent” polyphonic portamento where you have more control over chords glide from one to another. it’s clever and LONG OVERDUE, in my opinion. Again, you can use it with different synths.
This company is making tools that should have been made a long time ago. But now it is easier now that MPE is more common.
Remember that big “THX” swell that we used to see in the movie theaters 1000 years ago?
