  1. A nightmare inside, but dreamy when its working properly. Don’t sweat aiming for a real one. I got to play one and the software versions do the basic tone real justice. You’ll have to come up with your own touch strip (like on a Hydrasynth), but its a fair compromise.

    1. Yeah, unless you run a museum, things like this shouldn’t be bothered with. Then again, most home studio nragging photos look more like Instagram-friendly museums than inspiring places where actual music gets produced.

  2. MYV, I agree! I mean, where are the fast food wrappers, loose cords, balled up paper full of old notes, synths on their sides against the wall, dubious posters and if you’re like Mike Dean, several ashtrays? 😛

    A clean studio is a happy studio, but a messy one is more realistic! It means you’re actually working in it. Awright!
