i had the ex800, the VCA thumped every 4th note. not a fan.
The FB-7999 is their DW-8000. In my opinion, that’s the better choice because its the best of that early wavetable line, pre-M1. That doesn’t mean you can’t scratch a Poly-61 itch, too. FB amped it up well. You could easily set up a personal Kebu rig.
