Ocean Swift Intros Myth Rhythm NKS Percussion & Avant-Garde FX Cell Engine

Ocean Swift let us know that they’ve released their latest Kontakt instrument, Myth Rhythm.

Myth Rhythm is a versatile cell-based instrument featuring 16 individual cells, each capable of holding one of over 4,800 included samples or a user-loaded sample.

Each cell offers extensive editing capabilities, including filters, envelopes, LFOs, dynamics effects, and send levels. Cells can be easily copied, pasted, and customized with key color settings.

Additionally, each cell supports extensive external modulation, utilizing velocity, polyphonic aftertouch, and pitch bend for dynamic performance control.

The instrument’s main effects section provides a range of creative and modulation effects, along with various delay and reverb options for send returns.

Myth Rhythm also offers a unique seamless NKS2 experience, allowing users to effortlessly program and customize their own NKS2 performance mode mappings directly through the interface.

The included sounds library offers a diverse array of avant-garde one-shot sounds, encompassing everything from classic drum sounds and vintage drum machines to spoken word, sound effects, and an eclectic mix of unconventional noises.

Pricing and Availability:

Myth Rhythm is available now, with an intro offer of €40 through August 10, 2025 (normally €60).

                1. So you decided to pick on a small audio plugin developer, on a blog about music technology, while at the same time half the tech products you use and probably what you used to type this with has been made here, that makes you feel amazing?

Let’s just make clear the things you have to boycott other than us because these companies have offices here:
Google, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Waze, Microsoft, Booking.com, Invidia, Intel, Samsung, Waves, Red Hat, Wixx, Amazon, Gett, Wolt – to name a few.

There are Ocean Swift factory sounds in or I have personally worked on: Many Native Instruments products, Image Line UVI Falcon, SurgeXT – so add those.

I guess you can’t really be making music or let alone use a computer at all in your case… hey or order a Taxi, or food …. 😉

But hey let’s pick on Ocean Swift who are a few people worldwide
making sound products and have nothing to do with anything.

                    1. Meanwhile Ocean Swift had its best month yet, and just signed two big sound design deals with two of the biggest names in the industry.

You keep hating, we keep building, Same as it has always been.

                    2. > just signed two big sound design deals with two of the biggest names in the industry.

                      name the names

  1. This is cool, the fact that’s a huge sample library plus a Kontakt instrument that works with free kontakt player its a great plus, well done!

  2. Really cool and really useful! Leave it to Ocean Swift to create yet another amazing product. There’s really no downside to getting this. At this point I’m just glad we’re not getting remakes of some “coveted” hardware

    1. Thanks Kyle! Being honest – in some ways this is a remake of “coveted” software as “Battery with built in samples and without the bloat” guided us a little bit here.

  3. This synthesizer is amazing! It far exceeds what I need for rhythmic phrases in my compositions. I can’t wait to start using it in my new projects!

The huge number of built-in samples, the great versatility of each cell, and the ability to load our own sources make it even more powerful.

    Thank you, Ocean Swift Synthesis!
