Recently, we mentioned that one of Honda’s Asimo robots was scheduled to “conduct” the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

The appearance was intended to attention to the DSO’s youth music programs, and particularly DSO’s effort to encourage and support involvement of children in Detroit. And to let people see a cool robot in action.

It doesn’t look like human conductors have much to worry about, though.
