Wow, that’s a fantastic clip… and oddly timely (at least for me). My synthesis class is currently watching the Moog documentary, and this makes a good adjunct and another perspective on the development.
Then again, I live a life ruled by synchronicity, so it was bound to happen…
Never would have thought of the tuba as a “gateway instruments” to synthesizers.
