The Black Eyed Peas ‘The Time’, Arranged For Modular Synthesizer

This Sunday Synth Jam, via plague1715, is a cover of The Black Eyed Peas’ The Time (Dirty Bit), arranged for modular synthesizer:

My favorite Black Eyed Peas song, performed on Eurorack Modular Synthesizer and Metasonix Wretch Machine. Thank you for watching.

We’ve seen a lot of different types of synth jams, but this is the first time we’ve seen a monster synth, with all the trimmings, used to cover a Black Eyed Peas track.

We’re not sure this is our cup of tea – but we’re probably out of the Black Eyed Peas’ demographic. By about 20 years.

Leave a comment and let us know what you think of this monster synth hip hop jam……

  1. I doubt he's serious, interesting note here though is that the lead sound from the actual song during the "dirty bit" section is actually the standard preset from the G-Force Oddity VST. The one that loads when you turn it on. Also the drums are samples from a deadmau5 Remix. Not to mention the way they gracefully stole "time of my life" from dirty dancing. It's kind of hard to find much originality in there.
