Korg Kaossilator (Intro Video)

Korg has uploaded another intro video for one of its older products, this time for the Korg Koassilator.

We’d rather see new gear introductions, of course, but it’s nice to see Korg ‘backfilling’ intro videos for some of the products that are a little older. I hope that more companies follow Korg’s lead on this, because it’s sometimes surprising how little media is available on some fairly recent products.

Ready to have fun? Check in with Korg’s James Sajeva and experience the Kaossilator! The Kaossilator Dynamic Phrase Synthesizer can be played by anyone, at any place, and at any time. The Kaoss X-Y touchpad provides amazing control using a single finger. There are drums, synths, basses, chords, and all kinds of sounds. Using the onboard Loop/Phrase recorder allows major grooves to be built up one track at a time. Gate Arpeggiation keeps it all happening in perfect sync!

  1. Funny how he doesn’t say “Check Korg for more videos.” They know that their best advertiser is the people who make videos just for the heck of it and put them up on YouTube. I always like videos made by real users more than demos the company makes up (most of the time at least).

  2. Yep, this, in a nutshell, is why we Kaossilator users love ’em so much. I have just ruined a good friend’s life by giving him one, tee hee.
