will you ever go back to the old ones?
they say once you go,,,,, never go back
Its a shame that it is not a stand alone virtual analogue .
They already make one of those…
Change of colour will not change their problematic key beds I’m afraid…
I thought Black edition meant inverted keys. Anyway, NI Komplete Kontrol FTW instead. Two words: Light guide
You’re not wrong, bought NI Kontrol 49 recently and it rocks 🙂
BTW; Comes with reputable and excellent Fatar key bed as well 🙂
Looks cool but keybed is one of the worst feel cheap stuff. what a shame. I have a Keylab88 which is fairly good. Planned to get a 61 but no way until they don’t put proper keys. Where are those keys from the old days from Yamaha’s and Korg synths? 🙁
KORG taktile49 controller kicks it to the curb in price, function and feel.
But it does have the super awesome “wood” end caps like the legendary Minibrute SE.
The EMU XBoards had brilliant keybeds, that’s why I still use mine today,
