Authors Kim Bjørn and Chris Meyer have announced a new book, Patch & Tweak, that explores modular synthesis.
Bjørn is the author of Push Turn Move, a look at the design of synthesizers.
Here’s what they have to say about it:
PATCH & TWEAK provides an opportunity for new and experienced users to become true masters of their modular systems. In the style of its predecessor, PATCH & TWEAK contains inspirational interviews with significant creators and major artists that share their passion for modular. Explore their systems, philosophies, patching secrets, and performance tips.
PATCH & TWEAK has a foreword by Suzanne Ciani, is written by Kim Bjørn and Chris Meyer, and edited by Paul Nagle.
The authors plan to publish Patch & Tweak via a Kickstarter project, which is expected to launch May 1st.
This is awesome, thanks for the heads up.

Push Turn Move is a beautiful and wonderful book – I’m SO glad I backed that Kickstarter so this is a no-brainer…
Glad you said that. Its on sale now and I saw a few pages. Looks amazing. Might have to get in on both.
Looks great! Is there any other modern book about modular synthesizers?
