Corsynth shared this in-depth demo of their new C105 VC Noise / Lo-fi MKII – a sample and hold on steroids.
The C105 VC Noise / Lo-Fi Machine MKII is a voltage controlled analog sample rate reducer and a VC Noise generator for Dotcom-style MU modular synthesizers. The MKII version can be used like a traditional sample and hold, a voltage controlled clock generator, a random gate / trigger generator, a 12 db VC High pass filter and more.
Topics covered:
00:00 Intro
00:16 Internal Noise and Sample Frequency
01:28 The voltage controlled High Pass Filter
02:23 Patch example : Sequenced Noise
02:54 The Lo-fi Input
04:30 Patch example : Lo-Fi Sequence
