Detroit techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson is fighting the Coronavirus.
“I’ve been sick for the last 14 days, with Flu like symptoms,” Saunderson shared. “I have been tested for Corona and am waiting for results. I’m improving and, like many of you, self isolating.”
Saunderson is one of ‘The Belleville Three’, along with Juan Atkins and Derrick May, credited with pioneering Detroit techno.
He shared this video message:
“Stay safe, take care of you and your families,” adds Saunderson. “I look forward to sharing new music and jams with you soon.”
