Jeremy Parker shared this in-depth look at the restoration of a Roland Sh-1000, the company’s first synthesizer, from 1973.
Parker tears the SH-1000 to pieces, refinishes or replaces damaged cabinet sections, cleans and lubricates all the moving parts, checks all the solder joints and more.
He also demos the final result with an SH-1000 synth jam.
