gotta love the phex
Needs more Cowbell
Wow
Sounds dated
In some ways, totally. There’s a lot about it that sounds like his music from decades ago. But that drum programming is something else – I don’t think I’ve heard much that rivals the way it sounds in terms of the balance of complexity to natural feel. To me, the percussive elements still feel way ahead of their time. If you have any recommendations for artists/tracks that have a similar drum style, I’d love to hear it.
highly recommend Skee Mask, great drum sequencing, but start with Compro first. His other works get much more experimental and complex. Very fluid rhythms and evolving.
Yes, it does, stardate 42069 to be exact.
Who cares? You can make some funk, if it is good it is good…it does not have to be the 70s….same applies here.
Fantastic
good song, good video, f^%# the haters
Agreed Long live Rdj & Behringer, f^%# the haters
i’ll drink to that!
One of the initial cube images look derived from the EMS Synthi range- wonder if that’s a clue to the synths used on the track…?
