B. Serrano has released Red Shift v3, a free multi-effects plugin for Windows.

Effects include pitch shifter, delay, phaser and chorus.

New in Red Shift 3:

  • Separate settings for Left and Right channels.
  • XY pad for Left and Right channels pitch-shifting.
